Terms and Conditions on the day of the Campus Activity:

  • The Campus must ensure that if S&P Global is conducting their recruitment process on-Campus, no other company should be conducting a parallel process on the same day
  • The details of the students as per the Applicant Data Sheet should be sent to S&P Global at least 2 working days prior to the date of the Campus Activity
  • We strictly follow a one-offer policy. It is the onus of the Campus/ Campus coordinator to take care that the students appearing for the recruitment process of S&P Global have not accepted any offer(s) from any other company. If incase we discover that a student who has appeared for our process has another offer in hand, that would lead to blacklisting of the institute in the future. The case of Dream Company status will have to be discussed prior to the scheduling of the campus process.
  • During the process all interview schedules and results will be conveyed to the Campus Coordinator only over email, and would expect an acknowledgement. Incase no acknowledgement is received from the campus, the process for the applicants from the same would be put on-hold and further pursued only at the discretion of S&P Global
  • Sharing of direct contact numbers of the personnel from the S&P Global’s Talent Acquisition Team with the students from the campus is strictly prohibited. Only the Campus/Placement Coordinator will be considered to be the Point of Contact for the process.
  • The candidate would be considered for a Date of Joining post the completion of final examinations and formalities from the University/College. However, there can be exceptions at our discretion.

Instructions to be followed by Candidates to take the Online test

STEPS TO TAKE THE TEST:

  • Go to test link.
  • Enter your Email ID (used to apply on the job) and the Test Key/ Master Key shared with you at the time of the test by Firstnaukri SPOC present at the venue. The candidates should appear for only ONE test as per the profile for which they have applied.
  • Enter the Firstnaukri.com password. If you don't remember, use the forgot password link to reset the password.
  • The Instruction Page will appear, read the instruction page and click on the START TEST button on the end of the page.

PLEASE FIND BELOW SOME IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO BE ADHERED TO/NOTED FOR THE ONLINE ASSESSMENTS

  • The candidates who have registered on the job link are eligible to attend the Online Assessments. The candidates have to take the test in campus computer labs in presence of Firstnaukri SPOC.
  • Please carry your campus ID card/ government ID Proof at the venue.
  • Please use the “Test Link” and the “Test Keys” as shared with you for the profile for which you have applied. The candidates should appear for only ONE test as per the profile for which they have applied.
  • Candidates should use the same Name, Email and Password that they have set for themselves during the registration to login to the Online Assessments.
  • Candidates shouldn’t be using “Backspace” or “Refresh” options throughout the test.
  • Once you start the test, DO NOT move out of the test window. If you do so, the test will be submitted automatically.
  • At any point in time during the Online Assessments, if a candidate’s test page is not loading or got disconnected the candidate should restart the system, open same browser and use the same test link, Email ID, Test Key, Password to re-login to the same test and continue from where he/she left off.
  • Candidates should click on “Finish” after clicking on “End Test” in order to be sure that they have successfully completed the test.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • In case of hiring activities in which multiple profiles are being offered, the candidates will be offered the final profile post the interview process and the profile for which the candidate is deemed fit.
  • Please ensure that the candidates who have applied for the Placement Process and are selected for the next round/s should be present for the same. In case of any dropouts, you are requested to inform us two days prior to the process. Please avoid any last time drop-outs.
