Job Description:
  • The Graduate Engineer trainee would be trained to be responsible for sales, marketing and business development of PIKA Medical equipment and services in a defined geographic market.
  • The opening mainly encompasses a technical sales role.
Job Functionality:
  • To provide demonstrations of equipment to the relevant leads generated
  • To tour and generate sales/service in your assigned areas. Providing relevant information to the technical queries raised by meeting doctors, audiologists, Hospitals etc while promoting medical equipment.
  • To promote the products of the company to specific Doctors/Hospitals / Medical Colleges in the given territory
  • To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
  • Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate a product’s demand amongst the customers
  • Service and satisfy the existing customers for creating good reference points
  • Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Company’s vision, mission and values.
  • Focusing on updating one’s knowledge and skills.
  • Effectively executing the plan agreed with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same
  • Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
  • Achieving sales target assigned to your territory
  • Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
  • Smart graduates with a flair for sales.
