NEI manufactures bearings from its 4 plants in India. It has the capacity to develop bearings from 10 mm bore to 2000 mm outer diameter. The product range includes Ball Bearings, Taper Roller Bearings, Double row Angular Contact (DRAC) bearings, Cylindrical and Spherical Roller bearings. The company has specially equipped facilities to manufacture axle boxes for railway applications; Cartridge Taper Roller bearings, Large Diameter bearings for Industrial applications and allied Engineering products.
NBC Bearings are widely used by 2 and 3 Wheelers, Cars, Trucks, Tractors, Electric Motors, Railway Wagons, Coaches & Locomotives, Steel Mills, Heavy Engineering Plants, Bulldozers, Shovels, Tillers and Thermal Power Plants. The automotive and railway industries form the two largest client segments.

The contest aims to Inspire, Ideate, and Innovate learning among the young engineering students. The competition was launched in the year of 2015, since then every year company invests its time and energy to identify young talent of India by organizing PAN India technical contest for engineering students.
TGIF
Thank God it's fun day is a cross-functional team that designs, plans, and
schedules various engagement activities for NEI employees. They release an
annual calendar mentioning all activities, also to ensure participation and
availability of all employees.
A lot of fun and interesting activities we are doing in TGIF like Virtual Diwali
Fiesta, Hobby Lobby, Insta Reel competition, Fancy Dress Competition, Christmas
Celebration ( for employees' kids) and many more.
As a recent college graduate, I was concerned about my ability to adjust to and compete in a business setting. NEI promotes a learning environment, which has been beneficial to me during my time here. I expect to gain more rich experiences at NEI in the future with the help of my seniors and coworkers, who have been nothing but helpful.

I have recently joined NEI as an Engineer Trainee in Digitalization department on 2nd August, 2021. It's been an amazing journey throughout. The work environment here, is so healthy and productive as it has a good mix of young and old workforce to team up with. NEI offers so many training programs for different skills to enhance the knowledge of an individual. I feel lucky as I have got to work and learn various new skills under the guidance of my lead. I joined NBC as an Engineering Trainee on 2 August 2021and have been assigned Plant Quality Assurance department. The interview process was well scheduled and the HR team has been supportive and considerate during the joining process and department allocation inspite of the problems due to COVID. Buddies assigned to us helped alot in understanding the basic working and the whole departmental team made us feel welcomed and enabled our continuous learnings. The work culture is wonderful and indeed NBC bearings is the greatest places to work for any employee.

I joined NBC in August 2021 as Graduate Engineering Trainee in Railway Bearing department. The journey so far has been really great. First of all the work environment is really good. All of my colleagues have been cooperative. The amount of learning experience I have gained has helped me in building my skills. Regular training sessions have been really insightful and has helped me to understand overall working of different departments. The HR department has been really helpful and I can approach them for any issues. Regular cultural events held at NBC are really refreshing. Overall it has been a great journey so far.
