Job Description
  • Review IT Purchase Orders and validate with invoice copy.
  • Reviewing planned orders and requisitions to purchase items.
  • Prioritizes approved purchase orders and document end to end of the Procurement process.
  • Track orders, delivery dates, invoice reconciliation and provide payment status to vendors.
  • Reviews, monitor, and maintain IT Invoices until they are paid.
  • Perform invoices as per agreed payment terms to ensure payment on time to the vendors.

Candidate Profile

  • Desired candidate is a BCOM grad and has good communication & analytical skillset.
  • Adaptable in taking challenging and geographically diverse workload.
  • Keen to communicate and open for discussions with wide range of users.
  • Good understanding of IT Accounts and open to take challenging discussions
