- This role involves Customer Service Executive responsibilities, primarily focused on addressing customer queries and concerns via phone calls, with a predominant emphasis on voice-based interactions.
- Depending on the language proficiency of the candidate, they may be assigned to either IGT's domestic or international clients.
- Candidates should be willing and adaptable to work in a rotational shift schedule.
- Flexibility is required to work at any of the offered locations: Gurgaon, Pune, Bhopal, Chennai, or Bangalore.
- Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
- Education Qualification: Graduate /Travel Diploma/Post Graduate.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Should be open to work from office location
- - Graduate/ Undergraduate/ Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Those with a travel & hospitality diploma would have edge.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and concerns for customers on calls. & chats
- Quick decision making and proactive skills would be an edge
- Flexible to handle calls for domestic and international clients both
- Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Open to work in a rotational shift schedule
