I joined Fujitsu back in February 2020 as a management trainee – HR and it has been no less than an adventure. In my journey so far, I have had the opportunity to work in HRSS, HRBP, PMS and Talent Management just in a span of 1.5 years. As a trainee, I was given the option of choosing my interest area in HR and was given on-the-job training in the same. Within a year, I was encouraged to take new responsibilities and support the acting HR Head in driving performance management and talent management for Fujitsu India. I have been fortunate enough to come across wonderful opportunities in Fujitsu and to have colleagues around who have helped me make the most of it. I am excited to see what Fujitsu has in store for me next.
