Service Delivery looks after the delivery of our services to customers once an order has been placed. This team is responsible for constructing our fibre network, connecting our customers’ buildings to the network, testing the services we’re delivering are setup correctly, and handing over the service to our customer when it’s all ready to go.

The team is responsible for the end-to-end engineering of the Colt network, which covers everything from strategy, architecture, design, testing, planning, implementation, capacity management, carrier relations, network sourcing and expansion.

As part of our Security team, you’ll be helping to safeguard both our employees and customers. You will work with Cyber Security experts to maintain the safety of our data and information. This team is vital to keeping our business functioning in the face of new cyber security threats.
This teams conducts wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specific standards and end user requirements. The team performs quality assurance and testing in an environment that typically uses state of art software application testing processes but may also include manual QA/testing. Ensures that the system tests are successfully completed and documents and all problems are resolved.
This role, within the Colt Quality Assurance Group – Operating model, will be responsible for
the E2E delivery of projects and stakeholder management within the Quality Assurance area.
This role is to engage oneself in the Test planning, Execution and test management activities on
a day-to-day/regular basis and closely work with the all IT Infra & Apps Operations teams and
business teams.
To undertake quality assurance / Testing related activities for IT projects as appropriate in
order to ensure solutions will work as expected when launched.
