The General Insurance Industry in India has been growing at a CAGR of 12% and is poised to double its market size in the next three years. Being one of the leading General Insurance service providers, Chola MS General Insurance Company is keen to hire top notch candidates as Graduate Trainees for the Health strategic business unit from the batch of 2020. The organisation has been hiring graduates into Young Manager Roles through their group company Chola People and Marketing Services Private Limited.
- Field Sales Managers - Health Bancassurance: They will be responsible for driving health business through assigned bank branches and achieve assigned business targets. They will also be responsible for managing relationship with Branch Managers and other Bank staff by garnering leads from bank employees and meeting prospective customers. Ideal candidate should have a flair for customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Agency Manager - Health: The Agency Manager will be responsible for driving health business through Insurance Agents in their respective locations. They will work closely with our existing retail distribution teams to recruit new Agents and also further sales through current agency relationships.
The Graduate Trainees will be provided intensive training during the first year including one month residential program at a campus of our partner academic institution. Post completion of the residential program, the trainees will be deployed at various locations pan India for internship and On-the-Job Training.
The program also offers opportunities for the Trainees to fast track their career as Business development professionals in the Insurance industry.
During the training period of a year, the Graduate trainees will be paid an Annual Compensation of Rs.3.5 Lakhs (Cost to Company). In addition to the compensation, they can also earn Sales incentives upto 3 Lakhs per annum.
