Selection process:
- Online test
- In-person interviews –1st round technical interview and 2nd round HR interview
Basic requirement
- Minimum qualification
- BE / B-Tech in any discipline (CSE/EC/IT) –students should graduate in the year 2021
- Academic criteria
- A candidate should have received first class marks in their 10th and 12th standard board exams or diploma, and also in their degree
- A candidate should not have any pending exam backlogs at the time of participating in the Attra selection process
Employment agreement
The candidate is required to sign an employment agreement on joining Attra. The employment agreement states that
- The associate engineer explicitly agrees and commits to providing service to Attra for a period of two (2) years from the date of joining
- As a token of acceptance of this agreement, the associate will provide Attra with a cheque for an amount of INR 2,00,000. The cheque will be retained by Attra during the entire tenure of this agreement and will not be encashed unless there is a breach of commitment from the associate engineer
- The cheque will be issued from the cheque book provided to the associate on day one of joining Attra and on opening the salary account
The CTC will be 4.5 Lacs per annum
