Job Description:

We are in search of an Associate, for our Tax Credits and Incentives service line. In this role, you will be a core team member whose key responsibility is to analyze client data and deliver insightful reports that meets the quality standards of alliantgroup. The potential candidate will be part of the delivery team who will build and sustain our core values by executing the following responsibilities:

Projects:

  • Draft high-quality reports and tax credit models by analyzing and reviewing the client data
  • Perform industry, market, and company specific research
  • Meet project deadlines, ensure that projects stay within agreed upon timelines while demonstrating outstanding attention to detail and quality.
  • Take ownership and being accountable for all the deliverables
  • Interact with US stakeholders and team members on a timely basis
  • Work in a fast- paced work environment by demonstrating organizational and time management skills

Process:

  • Visualize, plan and execute measures to make the process continuously efficient and effective
  • Collaborate with Project team in India and the US.
  • Ensure compliance to different processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (candidate should have specialization in Finance whether in Major or Minor)
  • Minimum Percentage: 60% in throughout academics, without Active Backlog
  • Passing out year - 2021,2022
  • Proficiency with Word and Microsoft suite of products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior quantitative and content writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
  • Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
