My internship at Firstnaukri.com (Info edge India Ltd.) has been a remarkable experience. This is a program that truly helps you grow as an executive. Even as an intern, I was given key responsibilities in supporting the overall goals of the branch and allowed the freedom to pursue and launch my own development opportunities. Working in a small team here gave me the flexibility and freedom of a startup as well as the structure and stability of a large organization. It is like having the best of both worlds. Going into this internship, I hoped to learn about the field of marketing and Sales. But, the reality of the situation is that I have learned a lot more. Interning at Firstnaukri has provided me with an irreplaceable experience. It has given me a professional insight to business. People here are so friendly that it makes the "teamwork spirit" very clear and stimulating. This is, in turn, reflected in a very positive and happy day-to-day mindset. Everybody helps each other in order to achieve our goals, everybody is welcome to think up and contribute new ideas and nobody minds helping other people out when necessary. This is a company that gives everyone the chance to develop themselves as a person and as a professional. Work at Firstnaukri is really challenging but fun. During my internship I learned various things viz how an online business runs, what are the various challenges faced by the company and how to overcome those challenges. Staff here is highly competitive yet they have right blend of helping nature which makes them unique. Though during my Internship I faced many challenges, but one cannot turn blind eye to the opportunities one get here. It was great working with FN.As it is said u never get bosses of your choice But in FN it is totally different, I have learnt a lot during my internship things such as how to fix up appointments ,writing mails, generating mandates,lining up candidates for interviews etc, the work culture of the organization is very good, I was never treated as an intern in the company my boss treated me as an employee of the company, every person in the organization were helpful I was guided every time when I had a problem, even though there was a lot of pressure I never felt because everyone helped one another, I really thank FN for guiding me and let me learn so much in this short period.
