PEADOGAGY
Lotus Business School has devised the “learn apply learn” model of management education the basic theory and philosophy of this pedagogy is to give a basic amount of exposure and the opportunity to students put into practice the elements of theory learnt in the classrooms
Weekend workshops are therefore conducted to give practical insight about the theory learnt. The mentors assigned to the students guide the students to re model and re align themselves if they err & make them ready for the next week.
Practical are the heart of the curriculum at Lotus & therefore Industrial live projects & assignment are highly sacrosanct. Lot of efforts are put in by they mentors and student to ensure that the studies and projects are of very high standards
The final shape is given to the students during their final semester when industry internship is compulsory the candidates actually get a feel of the corporate world and their abilities. Best part of these assignments is that they are “paid internships” and the students earn while they learn.
