Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology (LRDS), established in year 2003, is one of the premier engineering colleges imparting quality education in the fields of Engineering & Management in the state of Telangana.It is located at Himayatsagar, about 15 mins drive from Mehdipatnam, Airport and Gachibowli on the banks of the prestigious Outer Ring Road.

From humble beginnings of about 180 students, the college, today, caters to the Education needs of about 3000 students across the fields of Engineering and Management. This phenomenal growth could not have been achieved without the dynamic leadership of its Chairman, Janab CA BashaMohiuddin.LRDS is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)-New Delhi, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU)-Hyderabad, accredited by NBA and recognized by Govt. of Telangana. It is the only Muslim Minority college which has been awarded A Grade by NAAC in Telangana.

Placements have always been a priority for the people at Lords. This has led to a steady increase in number of students placed in the campus over the past few years. Around 45+ companies recruited our students in the Academic year 2013-14 and about 30 companies have already visited the campus for the current academic year, i.e, for 2014-15 upto March 2015. The highest package offered so far is INR 6.5 lakhs per annum by DataRpm for their Bangalore office. Many more companies are expected to visit this year and we are confident of placing all our students.

Focus on research has led to great results with the college students bagging 2 patents in the fields of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The college, on annual basis, sponsors about INR 10,00,000/- to students to encourage them for various projects.

Over the years, the college has been striving hard to ensure quality education and a great learning experience to the student community. We have plans of soon evolving into a deemed university
