The Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College was founded by TKR Educational Society in the Year 2005 in an area of 40 acres at Medbowli, Meerpet, Saroornagar, Hyderabad -97.TKR Education Society was established in 2001 under the dynamic Leadership of Sri Teelaga Krishna Reddy, Ex-Mayor, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, with a prime motto of educating the people who really deserve it.

These colleges have been established taking in to account the Technical, Engineering, Management and Pharmacy needs of the country in general and A.P in particular.
