Responsibilities:

  • Planning
    Assist the ASM in planning for the territory by Providing information on the market environment To help estimate the Demand of Specific Products on a yearly basis Submitting the inventory requirement at C & F level/distributor level to ASM as per sales plan Preparing the sales promotion plan through field activation programs, in shop activities etc Reviewing sales & provide rolling forecast every month informing to ASM the stock availability of promotional materials Keep Expenses As per Budget
  • Sales Promotion Executing the sales promotion plan on a monthly basis
    Make a proper record of all the sales promotion activities and their expenses along with the sales generated from the promotions (feedback on efficacy of the various campaigns)
  • Sales
    Ensure execution of SKU Wise , Monthly Achievement of Sales Plan Implement the Sales Schemes under approval from the ASM
  • Distribution Management
    Monitor Distributor Performance Review existing distribution network & on a need base propose appointment of New Distributors Propose termination of Non Performing Distributors Motivate the distributors & dealers with regular communication by phone, letter or visiting them Sort out their issues & concerns regarding accounts, price, competition, demand generation & schemes Organize distributors & dealer meetings
  • Others
    Ensure Monthly collection by continuous follow ups Address all the complaints / suggestions received from the distributors /dealers / customers Ensure all government approvals and coordinate with the C & Fs and RSM for running the business in the Region Monitor all activities pertaining to competition in the territory and report the same to ASM on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile

  • For HCP meeting Sales Executive B. Pharmacy / Science Graduate For Retail Sales Executive Graduate (Any stream)
  • Candidates with 0-6 months of experience will be hired as Sales Trainee with Rs 3 Lakh salary.
  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of work experience will be hired as Sales Executive with Rs 3.75 Lakh + Incentives
Preferred
Hands on experience of dealing with Retail Shops, Chemists, and Distributors etc. Execution of Product Promotion Strategies, In Shop Activities, and Field Activities would be an added advantage.
