Learn the ropes -Every great journey begins in the mind, so does this one. You would be coached on different aspects of our business and how we help our customers. Of course, there are skills and sales techniques to be picked as well but that's what our boot camp is designed for.

Craft the pitch -Across the year moving from one campaign to another, you would find yourself figuring out compelling ways to get the prospects utter the sweet resounding 'yes'. Retrospection, a.k.a. experience would help you polish the pitch better to get there faster than the rest.

Hunt, hunt, hunt -With all the ammunition and the camaraderie of the team, you would eventually set foot in the trenches. Our geographies of interest are North America. So yes, it's hunting in the night.

Experience:

Candidates should have 0-1 Year of experience along with Good Energy, Communication and attitude.

Here is what your typical day at Nalashaa would look like:

  • Contacting C-Level executives in mid-size enterprises in North America & Europe Geographies
  • Maintaining a high level of activity by cold calling and running appointments over the phone to build a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quota numbers.
  • Ongoing participation in designing and managing events, webinars and other marketing programs
  • Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (to ensure smooth contractual closures and project kick-off) in coordination with service delivery team as appropriate
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports in company- provided CRM tool
  • Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
  • Continuously monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to sales management
