Trainee Engineer – Construction

Job Description
  • Roles at this level are entry-level engineers focused on the execution of the engineering projects/training assigned to them under mentor’s guidance
Role & Responsibility
  • Execute tasks within set parameters and close guidance of the lead / area leads
  • Prepare quality deliverable within budget, schedule and take full responsibility for the own task.
  • Resolve interface issues with other disciplines
Functional Area
  • QC and testing of Structural works
  • QC and testing of NDT works
  • Electrical/Instrumentation
  • Installation of Substation equipments
  • Installation of cable supports & Cables
  • Construction Execution concepts and planning
  • Plan, Structure and develop Construction cost estimates
  • Construction risk assessment and analysis
Candidate Profile
  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics)

  • Group Term Life Insurance (Sum Insured – 2 times of CTC or INR 50 Lakhs (subject to max 10 time of CTC) whichever is higher, Covered – Self only)
  • Group Personal Accident (Sum Insured – Ranges from INR 30 Lakh to INR 1 Crore depending upon CTC, Covered – Self only)
  • Health Check Up (Covered - Self and Spouse, Annual – 40 years of age and above; Biennial – below 40 years of age)  

This being a jointly funded scheme by company and its employees, there will be mandatory deduction of INR 375/- per month per member from your monthly salary based on family members covered by the employee under the mediclaim policy.
