Incedo’s one-team culture and flat structure have been exceedingly helpful for me to learn fast and solve problems faster. Even though I’m one of the youngest in my team, my ideas are not only welcomed but are supported and cultivated into actionable insights. Incedo is my good to great story.

I joined Incedo as a fresh graduate, the one thing I love most about the company is that no single day is same. I have been working at Incedo for little more than a year and have been captivated by Incedo’s efforts at constantly breaking new ground in terms of technical achievement. The Incedo University initiative bears an ample testimony to its “employee first” policy. Finding new ways to solve problems is not only encouraged but also expected. The way my ideas are given thoughtful consideration encourages me to find more innovative ones and further stretching that technical muscle!

Incedo has given me a great opportunity to start my career in the field of Computer Science. I started out as a trainee at Incedo after my college and immediately felt welcomed throughout the entire office. I found myself in my first full-time opportunity working with an amazing company, doing something I enjoy, and progressing my career professionally and personally.

I joined Incedo last year and the journey has been great so far. The work culture here is amazing. Every employee irrespective of his position, is given a chance to be heard and inspired to give new ideas. The constant support and encouragement from the team and seniors motivates us to deliver the best. We are encouraged to learn latest technologies and skills through multiple sources to enhance our professional skills.
