Software Engineer will work under the supervision of the IT Manager and Implement and test new projects along with integration with Third party API’s. Prepare reports and dashboards using IT tools and provide technical support to business.
Project Implementation
- Gather Information from business users.
- Implement UI as per internal user needs
- Code for business logic to implement the functionality
- Plan the process as per deadline
- Check and resolve errors in the code
- Customize code for performance improvement.
- Review the end to end process
Vendor Management
- Day to day interaction with vendors and get the performance update w.r.t. integration.
Reporting
- Prepare reports and dashboards using IT Tools (Einstein Analytics)
- Enhance reports format and data by using filters
Business User Support
- Work on technical solutions of the problems being faced by business users.
