Store Manager would be in charge of the general operations of a store,
ensuring it runs smoothly, meets compliance and meets any budget or sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Revenue and Profitability of the store.
Marketing Activities at the store.
Statutory compliance for the store.
Display / Visual Merchandising in the store.
Customer Service / Ensuring salesman takes care of the Customers.
Managing the Team / workforce at store.

Training:

The selected candidates will be trained by Bata India for a period of 12-15 weeks at our Training Academy.
