The Sales Specialist/Promoter is to achieve all individual sales goals as set out by the Store Manager in a respective store while working within the framework of all company customer service policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service to all potential; customers within the guidelines of Customer Service Program.
  • Achieve the personal sales and other key statistics targets as set by the Store Manager.
  • Achieve 100% sale estimate on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Delivers product to all customers with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure to maintain a positive professional behaviour while on duty.
  • Participate in all store meetings.
  • Ensure all company assets are documented and protected according to company policies.
  • Ensure all company assets are documented and protected according to company policies.
  • Maintains an orderly stockroom and will assist in the delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Follow all company policies regarding asset and cash management.
  • Participation in all preparation of paper work as per manager's request
  • Track and report all competitors' activities to the store Manager to ensure no loss of market share.

Career Progression/Next Role:

After successful working as sales promoter, the next level you work as Assistant store Manager and later take independently take charge of the store as Store Manager.


Earning:

Salary Combination to earn fixed and variable income, increase the sales and earn higher incentive.
Delhi – 15,000- 17,000 (including Incentive)
