The role of a Management Trainee in Human Resources (HR) involves learning and gaining practical experience in various HR functions.

Responsible for recruitment & Selection, Employee onboarding, Employee Engagement initiatives, Training and Development and employee welfare, wellness and wellbeing programs.

Management Trainee – Finance

Key responsibilities and aspects typically associated with a Management Trainee in Finance are Financial Analysis, Budget and planning, Accounting and reporting, Cash flow management, Working capital management etc

Management Trainee – SCM

The role of a Management Trainee in Supply Chain Management (SCM) responsible for Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory management, Logistics and Distribution and warehouse operations.

Job summary:
  • Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is typically an entry-level position for recent engineering graduates.
  • GETs work on projects and assignments that are designed to give them hands-on experience and training in the various aspects of the automotive industry.
  • They may work on product design, Process Engineering, Operations, manufacturing, testing, quality or research and development projects, Sales and marketing, Civil Construction, Project management as per the organizational requirements.
  • GETs may also spend time working with experienced engineers and managers to learn about the industry and the company's operations.
  • GETs may also be involved in the development of new technologies, such as Li-Ion batteries, and responsible to implement new processes or procedures like 5S, Safety, Kaizens within the company.
  • This role is responsible for training people at appropriate levels and ensure high productivity.
