Job Description

Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

  • Sales Trainee shall be responsible for managing the channel for his assigned territory and execution of regional and zonal initiatives to achieve the Value sales plan.
  • S/He needs to work closely with the Influencers and drive strong demand generation efforts
  • Deliver best in class customer service to the channel

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving Value sales objectives by selling AN products to assigned customers within a geographical territory or market segments within the assigned Discount and OD norms .
  • Ensures that the existing customer base is serviced on a regular basis and potential customers are identified and called on meet the OD , PPI , PRI , CSS revival and Expansion targets.
  • Ensure best in class customer service by addressing customer related issues such as pricing, accounts reconciliation , delivery and availability.
  • Works for his assigned accounts to help in sell out ANI products and execution of the territory Painter meet and Demand Generation plan ( Classic Contractors)
  • Resolves product related issues in the market by applying personal product / application expertise or referring the Cos technical personnel for follow up

Compensation & other details:

  • Rs. 20,000 p.m. stipend. Post successful completion of training, fixed CTC of 3LPA & Variable 2.2 LPA would be applicable.
  • A bond has to be signed for a period of 1 year during which the candidate will be on probation.
  • Candidate should have valid Driving License & a two wheeler

3 Virtual Online Test by 25th Nov 2016
4 GD/PI between 27th Nov - 15th Dec 2016
5 Induction Training 10th Feb 2017 - 12th March 2017
6 Joining 20th March 2017

Note -

  • Only those candidates who can join by 10th Feb 2017 need to apply.
  • Final exam leave for maximum 7 days will be given between 13th March – 20th March 2017
  • Candidates having valid Indian Driving License and 2 Wheeler need to apply
  • No leaves will be provided after formal joining or during induction program
  • Induction program will he held at Thane (Maharashtra) in a companied provided accommodation as per defined schedule only. Candidates will reimbursed 3AC train ticket from home town/current location to Thane to attend the Induction Training Program.
